Can someone please tell me if there is any change in the topic “Remittance Basis” as published in the article in November 2009.

That article looks about right and should be applicable for the current year sitting. If it wasn’t, the examiner would have updated the article, which he has not.
A warning, Rory Fish has written quite a number of articles since september last year. Make sure you have read and understood them all, in particular the articles on corporate tax and groups which is in two parts, written at the start of this year.
All the articles published since September last year have been updated in accordance with new rates and allowances, along with amendments in Finance Act 2010 and published them all marking them as relevant for this June-11 attempt.
The only article that is not published this time is “Remittance Basis”, thats why I initiated this post.
