    In relation to Example 2 Page 35, I would like to know for Note 5 of the question whether it is correct if I get to the answer in the following way:

    Electricity:
    4000 * $3= 12,000
    2000 * ($2+$3)= 10,000
    Total=22,000

    Yes, it doesn’t matter how you do your workings 🙂

    (I assume that you are watching the free lectures that go with the notes? Using the notes on their own is pointless because they are lecture notes (not a study text) and it is in the lectures that I explain and expand on the notes 🙂 )
