New to ACCARegistration cost

I saw this already but this states,pre-paid debit cards(for online payments only) so let's say if I pay registration costs using a credit card,it should count as an online payment if I pay using a pre-paid debit card it's an online payment as well so pre-paid debit cards should work for registration costs if I'm not wrong?
