Can the registration cost during the ACCA application process be paid using a PRE-PAID DEBIT CARD?

I saw this already but this states,pre-paid debit cards(for online payments only)
so let’s say if I pay registration costs using a credit card,it should count as an online payment
if I pay using a pre-paid debit card it’s an online payment as well
