I have seen in the open text the time of claim for redundancy is of to 90 days or 3 months , however the test 10.15 Bpp is mentioned the time us up to 6 months,
I have seen kapplan test number 119 is also said 3 months.
which one is true ??

The correct time frame is 6 months. 3 months relates to the time frame in which you have to claim Unfair Dismissal.
