    Hi there Sir,
I actually am wondering about few questions in the BPP kit book about redundancy pay and when do you get entitled to it
As in one of the questions it asks about the time and it states 2 yrs and that before 2 yrs one is not entitled to redundancy pay
Are we supposed to memorise the 2 yrs time in relation to the question ?
    Thankyou

Well, yes! Is it really difficult to remember ‘2 years’

It’s a basic element of entitlement to redundancy

    OK?

Is it really 2 years since I wrote that response?

Oh, no. 2 days. I find ‘2 years’ so easy to remember that it’s difficult to think of any other time period

    🙂
