Hi,
When going through opentuition notes I found a diagram under 'Redesign patterns' showing the 3 levels of process change in a slightly different way (Process improvement, Process design, Process re-engineering). Do we have to know that please? I am asking as I haven't seen it anywhere else.

12y ago#1I don't think it's necessary to learn that - there's lots of other stuff on process design and improvement.
