Reconstruction Sonras- how is finance lease split arrived at

In the reconstruction Sonras (p144) the finance lease creditor is split from 70000 to 67150 and 2850 - how is this split arrived at?

Hi, Is it not split by using a finance lease payable table? Thanks

Solved - after looking at it again. No it's not - it is 70000 with an interest rate of 4.5% so that's 3150 interest with a repayment of 6000 per annum - voila there's the 2850 capital element (6000-3150).
