I exam was cancelled by proctor due to technical glitch and I rebooked it for week2 however not received any confirmation yet via mail although on website my rebooked 2 week exam is coming. So is it confirmed that my week 1 exam was withdrawn and week2 was rebooked?

If you watch the “Rebook exam for following week” video here https://www.accaglobal.com/sg/en/student/exam-entry-and-administration/about-our-exams/remote-exams/remote-session-exams/post-exam-options.html around 5:45 it says “The exam rebooking has now been confirmed and an email confirmation will automatically be sent to you”.

The video also shows around 6:22 that a rebooking should show as booked.

I am sorry but I have no visibility into the inner workings of the system – I suggest you check that you have the correct registered email address in myACCA and, if so, that you check you spam/junk folders to make sure you haven’t missed the email.

If you still have concerns, I recommend you call ACCA asap as I can’t advise further https://www.accaglobal.com/uk/en/footer-toolbar/contact-us.html

If it says booked as in the video/guide, it sounds as though it should be booked. But I don’t book exams in myACcA so have no hands on experience.
