I have always wondered how accuarate you have to get the ratios when doing them. Because I have a bad habit of being 0.1% off example.

    OPERATING PROFIT = PBIT 235/REVENUE 2700 = 8.7%(Which is real answer)
would I still get marks for say 8.703% or 8.8%??

    Hi,

You shouldn’t really be too far off the correct number with the ratios as you are given the figures to use. You should then follow the usual rules for rounding.

    Thanks
