For the June 15 F6 exam would we need to use the 2015/16 rates and allowances (e.g Personal allowance £10,600) or 2014/15 rates as on the lecture notes?

Rates and Allowances for June 15 Exam
For June 2015, it is the last exam session to implement FA14 - which is the 2014/15 rates for tax. Therefore if you fail the June 2015 session, you will need to learn the 2015/16 tax rates!
