1. Cost of capital vs WACC
2. Can I say gearing of the firm is same as capital structure of the firm ???
3. For the option questions, can I say that Pa is the discounted value PV of future cashflow and the way to get PV of future cashflow is the sum of Pe and expected NPV ???

1. I don’t know what you are asking.
2. Gearing is a measure of the capital structure.
3. No – what you have written is not true unless the question tells you that is the case (which did happen once, but is certainly not a general rule).
