how to develop good understanding of question requirements in p3? i.e which model examiner is asking for?
Often the words in teh question give clues. Eg:
Environmental analysis = PESTEL
Competitive analysis = 5 Forces
Portfolio = BCG
Outsourcing = Harman
Contectural features = Balogun and Hope Hailey.
Characteristics of e-business: 6IsYou have to practice questions do that you get to know which modls might help. If no model is stipulated by the examiner, her is happy with any that might help with solving the problem.
