Question regarding date of acquisition of sub sub

Dear sir,
Why do we not bother about the date of acquisition of the sub-sub if it was acquired after the parent acquired the sub?

Hi,

It is because the sub-sub becomes part of the group when the subsidiary is acquired by the parent.
