The question nr 8 of section A states that the correct answers is that the director should have monitored on regular basis the logs to see what information is accessed.
However, i do not understand why wouldn't other options be correct...as in what would be the explanatiion behide other options that would regard them as incorrect?

4y ago#1The problem is that the employee has the directors log-in details.
So the second choice is not correct because the username and password the employee is using belong to senior staff.
The third choice would stop the problem (if the director had different log-in details for the other server) but it would not be practical - Human Resources need all the employee information to be in the same place otherwise there would be lots of duplication.
The fourth choice will not work because the employee needs access to do routine maintenance.
