There seems to be no lecture on the calculation of tax code asked in example 7 of chapter 9. It seems too difficult to understand this by just reading the notes. How to understand this What should I do

Given what you have said in your previous question then whenever you get a small stand alone issue like this one that causes you a problem - then note it, leave it and move on in your studies coming back to these "difficult" issues when you are comfortable with the remainder of the syllabus and have a good knowledge of each tax.
