How do you deal with question 1. I mean the question deals on different matters, especially when the organisations business differ thus making it harder to answer on the basis of the scenario. Your assistance will be highly appreciated.

There is no general answer to that, because there is no general question 1. Every time the scenario and the problems differ. However, above all make sure you answer addresses the scenario: application is what is required, not regurgitation of theoretical points. Also make sure you answer in as much detail as possible.
