Hi
Can anyone inform me the content of Performance Prism? I cannot find it in the course notes or lectures on opentuition.com? Any questions that I can refer to? Thanks a million.

There are 5 sides to the prism:

1. Stakeholder satisfaction
2. Stakeholder contribution
3. Strategy
4. Processes
5. Capabilities
