Is there a specific format to go about answering the question? Also if you look at the answer at the back, at the bottom there is three sections where all the the gross profit margins were calculated followed by increase in revenue and increase or decrease in cost of sales. Is it how I should put my answer in the exams. Also should i calculate these if i have not put some of those in my text answers for above answers. Please take a look at it its on page 284.

The question asks you to discuss the performance of Jungle. For the financial performance you need to calculate some figures to be able to discuss. How you set out your answer does not matter so long as it is clear what figures you are discussing and how you arrived at them.

There is not much point in calculating gross profit margins etc. if you do not discuss them!
