Hi, can we use quadrants for models such as BCG, Mendello and PEST on answering questions?
Also, are we allowed to use diagrams to illustrate information?

You can use any relevant diagram or theory. Remember, however, that questions rarely ask you to explain a model. They have to be used to solve organisation’s problems/ improve performance.
