I found the above question daunting because i ignored a documentary on it aired by CNN only to be faced with it in the exam hall. However, the exam feed back is refering to a report by Burns and Scapens on the future role of management accountants and performance issues surrounding brand loyalty and awareness. How can i get of copy of this said report?

1 I don't thing that CNN is a useful source of information for the P5 exam
2 Burns and Scapens is unlikely to be examined again any time soon (it's rather obscure, despite being mentioned in the syllabus/study guide)
3 There is never any need to go back to original papers. You can learn all you might need by reading the model answer. If you need more (and I don;t think you do), try Google.com.
