This qs is abt the implementation of a new software.So in the post implementation review is it sensible to say that the users manual given to the agents was not well communicated?although its just a support activity to the actual software.
Cz thats what the bpp kit has done

I think it is fair, and it’s what the ACCA answer does too. The post implementation review considers how well the finished project operates and what could be learned from any problems. Just as incorrect prediction of benefits would be a problem, so too would unsatisfactory documentation/instruction.
