Can you show the T account , that would be made for Non Current Asset in this question , and should Warranty provision be included in this ? Thank you

No - because I don't have the question handy!

And no, it is not likely ( if I had the question, I would probably say "certainly not" ) that the warranty provision movement should be included within the TNCA account
