It is part of the FRC, an independent body with responsibility for ensuring proper accounting and auditing.
Can you please tell what is function of Public Oversight board?
4y ago#3The Public Interest Oversight Board has representatives from a wide range of users of financial statements. It widens the range of opinions taken into account when accounting and auditing standards are being formulated.
