Dear sir, What is the psychological distance and why is it not part of the cultural web? Also, is the person specification and job specification the same thing?

Psychological distance refers to the extent that an individual has removed themselves from involvement with others. So a psychological distant person is rather cold and remote rather than warm and friendly. I do not know why it is not part of the cultural web: the cultural web is not my theory. I suppose power relations + symbols and titles sort of cover it. A job specification related to what teh job is eg preparing budgets. A person specification related to the person who could do that job eg someone with 2 years experience in a similar role or a part-qualified accountant.
