Can you also ease tell what is the difference between impairing trade receivables and the above two terms

Provision for bad debt and an allowance for bad debt are the same thing.

Hi, Yes, impairing trade receivables is the same as creating a provision. Impairing trade receivables is the more up to date terminology. I think this is more related to FA than FR though. Thanks
