They are two criteria for restructuring provision…
1)The detailed plan of restructuring 2)it should be communicated to those affected…
Does it need to meet both criteria to recognize the restructuring provision…or we can still recognize when only one criteria that the detailed plan have been formed according to scenerios given
Both criteria are needed.
If necessary recap provisions lecture in our FR lectures
If that’s the case then why In specimen exam 1 Qn 1 they recognize the provision while only one criteria met n the other criteria that of no communication was not met….
Why did they recognize it as provision
The rule is as I stated above. Perhaps an assumption was made in the answer that both criteria had been met.
