I have a question regarding the PRINCE2 methodology.
Can you please explain the “managing product delivery stage” and how does it differ from the “managing stage boundaries” stage?Thanks.
There isn’t much more to say than explained on P98 of our notes.
However, if you take a house-building project, managinf stage boundaries will ensure that, for example, plastering walls does not start until electrical wiring has been completed.
Product delivery will ensure that the house has been completed, the buyer can inspect it and make a list of ‘snags’ and that payment is received before the keys are handed over.
