Sir, for converting measurable to quantifiable benefits, we can do pilot operation or use of mathematical models, that is fine.
But what do we do for observable benefits which can neither be measured nor quantified?
How are we going to assess its benefit or cost to the organization in the initiation phase?
You can’t do much about them. They are often unexpected benefits that are recognised retrospectively.
