Hello, i would like to know the current format of Report, Memorandum & Briefing Paper which is used in P3 exam?

Memorandum/Report/Briefing paper [as appropriate]
Then
To
From
About Date
1 Introduction [ just a sentence]
2 Next para title
.
.
3 Next para title
.
.
etc
At the end have a conclusion/recommendation if required.
Your answer appears to be satisfactory for me.
But is this format same for the Report, Memorandum & Briefing Paper?
As i have seen a different format of Briefing Paper in Kit.
Please provide your assistance to me.
