Do we have to know the process change methodology diagram (problem identification, feasibility study, plan, analysis, redesign, development, transition/implementation) please? I am asking as I went through the slides and it is not there.

12y ago#1This is a very generic approach to developing anything. Rather than learn it by rote try to adopt a common sense approach (it has also got associations with the stages of a project.
So:
Problem identification
Feasibility study (like cost/benefit and risk)
Analyse, design the improvement, develop the system
Changeover.
