sir,,can u plz guide how to tackle the situation that when i practice kit there are certain calculations which i m unable to solve and sometimes I am unable to reach that answer that is present in kit and it almost takes my hours and i finally end up in messing all things..how to get rid of this
October 11, 2012 at 7:53 pm #105482In P4 the chances of getting the same final answer as in the examiners answer are tiny!!
However the final answer is not what is getting the marks. The marks are for proving that you understand and that you are trying to do the right thing. They mark each part of your working separately.
So do not worry if you get stuck on one part of the question. Do what you can, make sure that your workings are clear, make assumptions where necessary (but state any assumptions you make).
Remember that the pass mark is 50%, and you are aiming to get at least 50% right on every question (not 100% right!)
October 12, 2012 at 8:03 am #105483ok surely I will do this..can u add more that past exam questions have been answered differently as the examiner was different does change in examiner affects the attempting style of paper?
October 13, 2012 at 2:14 pm #105484Although the examiner has changed, the style of the paper and the way to attempt it has not changed.
