Initially, don’t worry about theories: try to relax and treat it as a practical problem requiring a common sense solutions. It can help to think to yourself that your boss has set the task and you are reporting to him/her. This can make your answer more down-to-earth and practical.

The scenario contains all the specific information you need eg recent press reports talking about new competition, board minute extracts talking about overseas expansion etc. Use the information in the exhibits as best you can to produce an answer that addresses the question requirements.

When you have decided what you think you should say, only then turn to theories to see if they can be used to support your ideas. You will not be required to explain theories in this exam. You are required only to apply them.
