General ACCAprinted Membership certificate not received

Hello, I have not received a printed Membership certificate from ACCA. I asked for a replacement copy (3 times...) They claimed to send it to me and yet have not received any of those copies. Strangely enough, I offered to cover expenses for delivery with a tracking number, but they refused. How long have you waited for a delivery of your Membership certificate (Mainland Europe)? Thank you for your advice
