Sir, I have a few doubts in this question.
1) Why do we take yacht benefit? It is usually a benefit if it is provided to a particular employee right?
2)The computer was provided for business purpose (for improving his IT skills) then why is it a benefit?
1) other assets made available for private use – the normal 20% rule will apply but time apportioned for the period it was available for private use
2) yet again another asset made available for private use – this not for business purposes it could simply be so that he can play computer games better and surf the internet!!
