HI There,
I finished all my exam in Janaury 2023, and through out my journey with ACCA I was working in a relevant role, menaing that I have akready completed my practical experience; Unfortunaly, none of my former or current manager is willing to spend time in signing my time or my objectves off. Can anyone suggest me what to do, bearing in mind ACCA has already told me I need to find someone myself?

Being a supervisor is not a responsibility to be taken lightly. If you engaged with your managers previously to go through the process, the signing off procedure should not be too onerous.
