    Sir if the market consists of one large co. with a high market share(40-50%) and others are relatively small with 15% each- then what would you deduce? The rivalry is intense or not? when making a point under porter’s 5 Forces…

    The large participant will probably dominate the market and will probably enjoy economies of scale that will be difficult to compete with directly. Successful competition will probably require some sort of innovative approach.
