    Dear Tutor,
Kindly advice me on the difference between the element of process and organization. Any example for me as clear illustration?

    Thank you.

Let’s say that a bank decides to close its branches and move entirely on line.

The ‘shape’ of the organisation will change as no department will be needed to look after the properties, there will be no branch managers or counter staff.

The processes will change somewhat instead of visiting your local branch you will communicate with a call centre where the operators will have different authorities eg to grant a bank loan. The decisions might be largely automated too.

    Thank you sir.

Can i further ask on a question regarding to if question ask for “access financial and non financial issue to affect the decision whether to accept the contract”

Had the issue must be in negative? or it could be a mix between positive and negative?
    Thank you.

It could potentially be both. If you open a branch in a new country, presumably you hope profits will increase (positive, financial) but so too will risk eg cultural issues (negative, non-financial).
