I’d like to ask on this case, did you mean that Securicor was able to escape the liability of their pyromaniac employee burning down their clients building with the exclusion clause??

Sorry! I missed your question when I was answering your other post.
In the Securicor case, the Court of Appeal accepted Photo-Productions’ argument that Securicor should be liable
BUT! Securicor took their appeal to the House of Lords (now the Supreme Court) and that Court overturned The Court of Appeal decision
