Yes they have been out of syllabus
no they are not out of the syllabus.The only topic i know that is not part of p5 was Ansoff model.You can cross check for yourself.
I did check. don't know about Ansoff but performance prism, beyond budgeting, planning gap and staff empowerment are out of syllabus according to my research.
