Dear sir
I watched the lectures
But couldn’t understand
Firstly
What’s the difference between critical success factor and goals.
Secondly
I am having difficulties in understanding the difference between critical success factors and goals.
Using McDonalds as an example, they might decide that one of the factors critical to them being successful is the speed of service.
One of their goals therefore might be to increase their speed of service.
Oh thank you sir
And the difference between
Objectives and critical success factors is that
There maybe many objectives available to achieve one critical success factor
Am I right sir
That is true.
Thank you sir and
Are Goals and key performance indicators (KPI’s) the same thing ?
No. Goals are what they are aiming for. KPI’s are how they are measuring whether they are achieving their goals.
Oh ok
So kPI measures whether the company is achieving their goals or not is correct
But is it also true to state that KPI measures whether the company is achieving their mission or vision ?
Thank you sir
KPI measures whether they are achieving their goals.
If the meet their goals that they are achieving their mission.
