I was working on a question from BPP ON residual income and Return on investment.
Once I have done it says state whether the residual income is absolute or relative I did not come across to this term on the lectures relating to RI AND ROI could you please explain to me what these term means. many thanks.

5y ago#1Absolute means it is a number as opposed to a % (so is in $'s as with the RI).
Relative means it is a % (as with the ROI).
