1) how do i comment on financial performance…..????
2) when commenting on financial performance do i have to make comment on or give reason for every cost separately for their increase or decrease (example: cost of sales, admin cost, distribution cost compare to previous year)
or,
It would be ok if i comment on only the financial measurement formula’s (example: gross profit margin, net profit margin ,current ratio etc)
You need to comment on those factors that indicate how well or badly they have performed.
There are no specific rules and I suggest that you watch my free lectures on this (and also learn from the examiners answers to these sorts of question that will be all in your Revision Kit).
