Hello John, good to see you again after F3. I’ve successfully passed F2 & F3 all thanks to you and am now going for F5.
I watched all your lectures – BTW, the new ones are very nice, good job – and I’d appreciate if you could help me with the questions in the Kaplan exam kit that are unclear to me.

    ———————————-
    Q190
Which of the following describe difficulties in assessing performance in not-for-profit organisations? Select ALL that apply.

A Benefits and costs are not always easy to quantify
B These org’ns often have multiple stakeholders and therefore multiple objectives
C These org’ns often have unlimited funds and are therefore not motivated to measure performance
D Output does not usually have a market value
    ———————————-

My answer was A, B, and D but it’s A and B according to Kaplan. There’s no further explanations provided.
    What would your answer be?

Plus, what is the best way to post questions? I’ve got more questions to ask. Shall I put them one by one? Please kindly advise.
    Many thanks.

Assuming that you have copied the question correctly, then the correct answer is indeed A, B and D 🙂

With regard to other questions, no problem – but please start a new thread for new questions (so that others can benefit from my answers as well).

Thank you so much for clarification. The wording is the exact copy of the book. I was getting confused because they were saying a contradictory thing in another question.
