Hoping someone can help!
My Supervisor has logged on to his account and uploaded his professional certification some months ago and has linked his account so he can approve performance objectives and can approve time.
However, the ‘View Trainee’ button is greyed out and cannot be selected, so currently he is unable to do either although there are Objectives waiting for assesment and time claims waiting for assessment.
Any ideas what might be causing this issues?
