General ACCAPER - Experience and Performance Objectives

Hi, i began studying ACCA 3 months ago and i have overall accounting experience 18 months. It's uploaded on myAcca experience page already. Problem is my line manager is not qualified. I have a question because to me sth is not clear. Can i get my line manager to sign off my 18 months experience and then if i change jobs to start completing my performance objectives? Or is it sth that needs to be done at the same time? Because i was thinking to complete my working experience then move to another employer that will sign off my performance objectives and be certified. Does anyone know if i can do that? Regards Chris
