Should the time signed off in PER be done by qualified supervisor or it can be done by line manager who is not qualified as well? I understand that objectives need to be signed off by qualified supervisor inaddition to line manager if not qualified. Does the supervisor have to be qualified to sign off time worked in PER?

Answer: "If your line manager isn’t qualified they can still sign-off the relevant time you are claiming in your role ..."
