Hello sir, for sept/dec 2020 question (posted on ACCA website),
For section C , scenario 1, why PE for both financing is same? Can I conclude that PE ratio either the co take debt or equity will always be the same unless the question stated otherwise? But, why same? in what situation pe ratio change when co take debt/equity?

5y ago#1I am puzzled as to which question you are referring to. because unless I am missing something then neither of the section c parts refer to the PE ratio.
