Sir do we check the Client’s customers correspondence with the Client to verify the accuracy of the paybles?

It should be correspondence with suppliers.
If you download the notes you can search on key words like “correspondence”. See 2nd bullet on page 91 – correspondence may document a liability that has not been recorded in the books.
