Hi,
I have watched all the lectures and i am going through the study notes for a second time. However i have just been looking at some Kaplan revision kit questions/answers and question 22 regarding Country Car Club, the answer mentions Paul Harmin's matrix but i don't think that was in the syllabus.
Please can you confirm if this is int he notes or if it's something that we need to know?

8y ago#1It is very much in the syllabus [D2 (c)] and is in our notes [P97] and covered extensively in the accompanying lectures. It is important because outsourcing is fashionable approach.
