With the little amount of time, could you please refer me to crucial Past Paper Section B questions for each topic that will be tested in section B? And do you think past papers from 2018-2022 are sufficient to secure a good mark? Or do I need to go back even further?

I recommend you start with M/J22 available in the CBE practice platform – ATTEMPT it in full – i.e. don’t just skim read (!) Then read the examiner’s report available here https://www.accaglobal.com/ie/en/student/exam-support-resources/fundamentals-exams-study-resources/f8/examiners-reports1.html This report includes the examiner’s recommendations for question practice. You should find enough question practice in the CBE practice platform – including two practice exams, without having to go back further.

The practice platform only has Sept/Dec 2020 to March/June 2022 and a few other practice, specimen and mock exam. Do you think that is enough question practice for Section B?

It’s the QUALITY of practice that is important … not quantity.

70 marks should take you 2 hours to attempt and 1-2 hours to mark and review/debrief with the examiner’s report/webinar … whatever is available. And as I said already, the examiner’s reports include recommendations to past questions – some will be from earlier than M/J20.

All the 8 exams available as CBE are good practice … the practice exams don’t have reports but have good marking schemes.

Of course if you have time to go back to earlier exams too, that will be preparation but “more” is not a substitute for doing less less thoroughly.
